Self Defense Classes

We are working on several of our bigger self defense classes. 4/5 is the next one at Springettsbury Township in York. They are handling the sign ups.

On Saturday mornings from 10 to noon we are having refresher classes at the Swatara Township Building. Please see our calendar because there are some Saturdays that we can’t have this class. See below for information on our other classes.
